What to Expect at TeamKids Vacation Care

TeamKids operates Vacation Care Monday to Friday, except on public holidays in your state. Each day is different, and the cost varies depending on the activities offered. TeamKids is fully rebatable, and the cost will depend on your family’s circumstances and the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) you are entitled to.

Typically, we operate:

• 2 Excursions per Week: Activities such as trips to the movies, zoos, and bounce/inflatable centers.
• 2 Incursions per Week: Activities facilitated by external providers, such as cooking classes, Heat Kids, cartoon drawing, and didgeridoo sessions.
• 1 In-house Day: Team building activities and games run by TeamKids staff.

Daily Schedule

• Arrival and Collection Times: We ask that all children be signed in no later than 9 am each day and can be collected from approximately 4 pm onwards.
• Food: Children need to bring their own packed lunch. Please be mindful that we have children with allergies, so no peanut butter sandwiches or similar items. TeamKids provides morning and afternoon tea, which includes fresh seasonal fruit, crackers with a variety of spreads, carrot sticks, etc.
• Water Bottles: Each child must bring a labeled water bottle.
