$5 Administration Fee
The $5 administration fee is a once-off fee that is charged once per family each holiday period for which you make bookings. This covers the additional staffing, administrative services, and planning that go into our holiday programs. This will also be advised on the flyer. This is only charged if you book in care during a holiday period.
Please Note: If you make bookings during the vacation care period, and then cancel them all at a later date, the $5 administration fee will still be charged as normal.
