During term time, our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEDT/AEST), Monday to Friday.
During the school holidays, we have extended hours of operation. Our customer service team is available from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEDT/AEST), Monday to Friday.
TeamKids has a closure period over Christmas and the New Year. During this time all programs as well as our head office will be closed.
Our Closure period for the Christmas and New Year in 2025 – 2026 is as follows:
24th December 2025 till 2nd January 2026. We reopen from Monday 5th January 2026 programs.
