During term time, our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEDT/AEST), Monday to Friday.
During the school holidays, we have extended hours of operation. Our customer service team is available from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (AEDT/AEST), Monday to Friday.
TeamKids has a closure period over Christmas and the New Year. During this time all programs as well as our head office will be closed.
