What happens if I'm running late for pick-up?

If your child/ren are collected after the service closing time, you will be charged a fee of $15 per 15 minutes or part thereof, per family.

Please call the service mobile number directly (number found on the venue page on our website) to inform the service you are running late, and how much longer you will be.  Where possible we ask that if you know you will be late, you organise a person listed as a contact to collect if possible.
