We advise families to drop off on excursion days no later than 9am. If your child’s school has an early departure, and SMS will be sent to the primary parent on the account the day prior to advise the time to arrive by.
If your child/ren have not arrived by this time, we are unable to wait so the bus would depart for the excursion as planned.
If you do miss the bus departure, your child/ren would therefore not be able to attend the excursion at all. We do NOT accept child/ren dropped off at the excursion location due to safety and regulation requirements.
You are welcome to check the return time of the excursion with the team onsite or the Customer service team and drop your child/ren off when they return to the school.
On excursion days, we pay in advance for travel costs and entry fees per child with a booking. If your child/ren do miss the excursion, the fee would be charged as normal.
