Do I need to sign a permission form for my child on an excursion day?

Modified on Mon, 29 Apr, 2024 at 2:28 PM

Parents/guardians must provide written consent for their child’s participation in an excursion. At TeamKids, excursions typically occur twice a week during the holidays, so at drop-off, please look out for the permission form on the sign-in desk to supply your written consent. Please do not leave the venue without signing this form.

If you have someone dropping off your child on an excursion day on your behalf, please ensure this person has been added to your account yes has been selected for the following permissions:

Collect the child from the service

Authorise an educator to take a child outside the service; for example for excursions or regular outings

On excursion days, children must be signed in prior to 9am. If you have not arrived by the departure time, your child will not be able to be dropped off until we have arrived back from our excursion.
