Parents/Guardians MUST provide written consent for their child(ren)’s participation in an excursion. Look out for the permission form on the sign-in desk to supply your written consent.
Please do not leave the venue without signing this form, as your child/ren will not be able to attend the excursion without the signed permission form.
On excursion days, children must be signed in prior to 9am. If you have not arrived by the departure time, your child will not be able to be dropped off until we have arrived back from our excursion.
if you have a friend or family member dropping off at the program on an excursion day, please ensure the following:
* Have they been added a an authorised person on your TeamKids account?
* Have they been given permission to drop off and collect your child/ren?
* Have they been given permission to provide authorisation to take your child/ren outside the service (excursion days)?
* If you have a 4 digit pin on your account, please ensure this has been provided to them prior to arrival as only account holders can see this information.
To avoid any delays when you add a person as a contact on your TeamKids account, please ensure the following options have been answered yes:
Collect the child from the service
Authorise an educator to take a child outside the service; for example for excursions or regular outings
