Yes, you can, but they MUST be listed as an authorised contact on your account. If they are not on your account, then they are not registered to pick up your child(ren).
However, we understand life happens, so if you need to send someone who is not registered on the account to pick up your child/ren, then quickly jump onto your account and add them as a contact:
- First name & last name
- Relationship to child
- Date of birth
- At least one phone number, ideally the mobile number
- Home address
- Allocate permissions for this person
