How do I provide feedback or make a complaint?

At TeamKids we welcome your feedback about your experiences using our services and working with our staff. Please let us know if you have a positive experience, your positive comments really do matter. On the other hand, if you have experienced a problem, we’d like to know about it. Your complaint will help us to continuously improve our service.

If there has been an incident or issue at the program, it is important we hear about it so that we can investigate and follow our processes in place.

By email to info@teamkids.com.au - This is the preferred method of contact as it ensures we have all the information we need.  We will respond by email to confirm your information has been received and what the next steps will be.

- 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday during school terms

- 7am till 5pm during school holidays


Please be advised we will be unable to assist with complaints in our chat function and will direct you to provide the information by email.
