Can my child's older sibling drop off or pick up from TeamKids?

Yes they can, however they MUST be 16 years or older and be listed as an authorised contact on your account. If they are not on your account or are younger that 16 years, then they are not able to pick up your child(ren).

To add a sibling 16 years or older to your account, you will need to click "add contact" and provide the following information:

• First name & last name
• Relationship to child
• Date of birth
• At least one phone number, ideally the mobile number
• Home address
• Allocate permissions for this person

Please ensure they have photo ID with them to confirm their identity
