When will I get a bill, statement or invoice for the care I booked?

Before & After Care

If you child has attended the before and after school care within the last 2 weeks, the statement will be a record of the attendances and advise the amount that is due to be charged. A statement will be emailed to your nominated email address on Monday and payments will be processed the Wednesday following.

We encourage you to read the statement carefully, as this will identify if the Child Care Subsidy has been applied to your bookings.

Holiday Care / Vacation Care

If you child has attended the holiday program within the last 2 weeks, the statement will be a record of the attendances and advise the amount that is due to be charged. A statement will be emailed to your nominated email address on Monday and payments will be processed the Wednesday following.
