What payment methods does TeamKids accept?

TeamKids processes payment via a third party payment gateway called Ezidebit.

This payment option allows for families to have payment processed via a bank account, or a credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

The following fees apply for transactions that are processed via Ezidebit on behalf of TeamKids.

$0.77 cents per direct debit transaction (bank account)

1.77% per transaction for Visa/Mastercard (Minimum $0.77 cents per transaction)

If your payment is declined from your designated account, a $9.90 dishonour fee will be charged by Ezidebit, depending on the reason for the declined payment.

TeamKids reserves the right to cancel your booking if you have two consecutive failed payments.

At this stage we do NOT accept the following payment methods:

Bpay

Direct deposit

Cheque

Cash
