When TeamKids commences at a new school, we also set up Child Care Subsidy (CCS) connections with Centrelink. This connection becomes active after our first physical program day, which means we won't be visible in your MyGov account right away for CCS confirmation. This connection can take anywhere between 1- 3 weeks.
Whilst we wait for this to be connected TeamKids will not process any direct debits on your account.
Once the connection is established, if your CRN & date of birth details are correct on your TeamKids dashboard, our system will automatically prompt you to log into MyGov for enrolment confirmation. We will then email you your statement and charging will be processed advised on your statement.
As we cannot see if a family is entitled to child care subsidy, we encourage families to check their eligibility and subsidy status with Centrelink directly during this period.
