What is the $3 charge I see on my statement or invoice?

Effective Monday, 10th August 2026, a new fee of $3 per statement/ invoice period has been implemented. If your child attends a service affected by these changes, they'll take effect from this date.

At TeamKids, child safety has always been at the heart of what we do. We have long invested in our people, training, systems, and processes to provide safe, high-quality care for every child.

New government and regulatory requirements are now being introduced across the Outside School Hours Care sector, adding further compliance, training, and administrative requirements for all providers. While these changes are designed to further strengthen child safety and regulatory oversight across the sector, they have also significantly increased the cost of delivering care.

Compliance & Administration Charge

A $3.00 charge per statement period will be introduced to help cover a portion of the additional costs associated with these new requirements. If you do not use care in a fortnight and therefore do not receive an statement/ invoice in that period, you will not be charged the fee in that period.
