IMPORTANT SERVICES AUSTRALIA POLICIES WHICH MAY HAVE A FINANCIAL IMPACT TO YOU

Information regarding CCS policies can be found on Services Australia website: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/child-care-subsidy

**REVOKING OF CHILDCARE SUBSIDY**

If there is no physical attendance for a period of 14 weeks, Centrelink will enforce their 14-week enrolment rule.

After 14 weeks of non-attendance, you will receive notification from Centrelink that they have ceased your CCS enrolment with TeamKids.

With the ceasing of your CCS enrolment, Centrelink also audit all of your previously submitted sessions.

Centrelink only pay subsidies up to your child’s last physical attendance.

If your child’s last booked session/s were marked absent, or were cancelled within TeamKids cancellation policy timeframe, Centrelink will revoke any previously applied subsidies on those sessions.

This will result in an amount payable to TeamKids, as Centrelink have now deemed the session no longer eligible for subsidy under their 14 week enrolment rule.

A Statement with the new charges will be emailed to you and a direct debit scheduled with our next payment run.

**42 ALLOWABLE ABSENCE RULE**

Services Australia will only subsidise up to 42 absences per financial year.

Any absences above this limit will not be subsidised and you will be required to pay the full fee

Additional Absences can be applied for under certain circumstances

Further information on Additional Absences can be found here https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/child-care-subsidy
