If you child has lost or misplaced an item at the program, there are a few things we can do to try and locate the missing items.
If this occurs during the school term at either before school care or after school care, it is best to reach out to the team onsite directly. You can drop in during our program hours to let the team know. You can also give them a call on the mobile, leaving a message if outside of hours so they can give you a call when they return and they have the ability to do so.
You can locate the number via the below link - simply select the State and and then school name of your child/ren's school.
If you have attended a program during the holidays that only operates during the school holiday period, you can email our Customer service team with your name, your best contact details and a detailed description of the missing item to [email protected]
