How do I change the primary parent for child care subsidy purposes?

To connect an account to MyGov for child care subsidy purposes, we need the following on an account:


1. The parent that has been assessed for child care subsidy to be listed as the primary parent


2. the date of birth and CRN for the Primary parent is listed under their details


3. The CRN and date of birth is listed for each child


If the primary parent on your account is not the parent assessed for child care subsidy, please call our Customer Service team on 1300 035 000 ext 1.  We will assist in make the necessary changes and create the enrolment link to your MyGov account for you.
