Is there a fee is I cancel a booking?

For Before, After, and Holiday Care, when cancelling outside of the cancellation period (48 hours prior to the session start time), the session is cancelled without charge.

If cancelling inside of the cancellation period, the session is charged as normal, minus any child care subsidy entitlements.


If the cancellation or absence is due to illness, we ask for families to provide a medical certificate or a completed statutory declaration as this will allow us to remove the charge.   Email medical certificates to info@teamkids.com.au within 7 days and this session will not be charged.   


We do not offer a refund for a cancelled session inside the cancellation period. Any credit applied to a session when a medical certificate is received would be available for future care only.


IMPORTANT: Please be advised we cannot accept a medical certificate after 28 days from the session date.  Centrelink will only allow these changes if received inside of 28 days.
