I am trying to log in to book but cannot see any dates available to book?

If you have logged in and cannot see the calendar to book, please check you have added to following to your account.


Contact information for 2 parents or guardians, and 1 emergency contact (in case we cannot reach you in an emergency)


Payment information - either credit card or bank account


Any extra information we may need, like medical or legal documents (eg. Asthma Plan or Court Orders)


If you’ve forgotten something, don’t worry! Our dashboard will let you know if anything’s missing by notifying you at the top of the page. If you’re missing something crucial, our calendar won’t appear at all, so please add in all the required information.

 

If this has been added and you can view the calendar but the dates are not showing to be available to book, we may not have care available at that school for those dates.  


To check what care is available during the vacation care period at your child’s school please go to the teamkids website, click on the venue directory at the top, click on the state you are in and scroll to find the school.   Once you are on the school page you can click on the Vacation care flyer tile to view the program.  This will confirm what dates care will be available.
