Electronic sign in/out

All TeamKids venues require electronic sign/out. Any person signing your children in or out from TeamKids care must be listed on your TeamKids account and be authorised to collect your child.

If you have a 4 digit pin on your account, please ensure this has been provided to them prior to arrival as only account holders can see this information.

These details can be updated via your TeamKids account at any time.

To Add a pin number to your account

To add a PIN number to your account, please log into your TeamKids account and follow the steps below. TeamKids cannot add or change the PIN on your behalf, as this is a security measure set up by parents.

1. Log into your TeamKids account.
2. Select “Update Account.”
3. Locate the section labeled "Sign In/Out Security Code."
   • This is an optional field, but when set, you will be required to enter the PIN when signing children in or out of sessions.
4. Add a PIN.
5. Select “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Please note, anyone dropping off or picking up must have this PIN.
