When making a booking within 48 hours of the service commencing for before and after school care, or 7 days for the holiday program, the account holder is charged a $5 late booking fee.
This fee is charged to support the additional costs, which may be incurred by TeamKids because when a booking is placed within this time frame.
These additional costs may include but are not limited to resourcing, casual staffing, food orders and additional support costs, which may be required to ensure the program is able to cater for additional children in attendance.
This is a standardised cost across our services, and is advertised on all our marketing materials, as well as being included in our Terms & Conditions.
