How do I cancel a session due to illness? Where do I send the medical certificate?

Cancellations can be actioned online via your account until the session start time for before school care, pupil free days and Vacation care.  Cancellations can be actioned for after school care online until 2pm each day.

  • To do this please log in via the book now button.
  • Click on the ‘add/change bookings’ icon, and on the next page select the school (if you have more than one) and the child, then simply click on the booked days, they will turn blue.
  • Click next button
  • Double-check your cancellation details
  • Click save at the bottom to save the cancellation.  


The team will now know your child will not be attending this session.


 We will also be able to accept a statutory declaration if you are unable to get your child into a Doctor.

Please email medical certificates and witnessed statutory declarations to info@teamkids.com.au within 7 days of the absence so we remove the session charge for you.  If the payment is processed prior to the medical certificate being provided, the credit on your account once the medical certificate will be available to use towards a future booking.
