If I cancel, do I get a refund?

For Before, After, and Holiday Care, when cancelling due to medical reasons we recommend that you obtain a medical certificate so that you will not be charged to this day.

Email medical certificates to info@teamkids.com.au within 7 days and this session will not be charged.  If the medical certificate is received after the session has been charged, a credit will be available on your TeamKids account to use towards a future booked session.  


IMPORTANT: Please be advised we cannot accept a medical certificate after 28 days from the session date.  Centrelink will only allow these changes if received inside of 28 days.


If the cancelation is inside of the cancelation policy and a medical certificate has not been provided, the session will be charged as normal.
