If I cancel, do I get a refund?

For Before, After, and Holiday Care, when cancelling outside of the cancelation period (48 hours prior to the session start time), the session is cancelled without charge.

If cancelling inside of the cancelation period, the session is charged as normal, minus any child care subsidy entitlements.

If the cancelation or absence is due to illness, we ask for families to provide a medical certificate, as this will allow us to remove the charge.  Email medical certificates to [email protected] within 7 days and this session will not be charged.  


PLEASE NOTE: If the medical certificate is received after the session has been charged, a credit will be available on your TeamKids account to use towards a future booked session once the certificate has been applied.  


We do not offer a refund of any credit if the medical certificate is not provided prior to the session being charged.


IMPORTANT: Please be advised we cannot accept a medical certificate after 28 days from the session date.  Centrelink will only allow these changes if received inside of 28 days.
