Before & After Care
Cancellations can be actioned online via your account until the session start time for before school care, pupil free days and Vacation care. Cancellations can be actioned for after school care online until 2pm each day.
- To do this please log in via the 'book now' button.
- Click on the 'manage bookings’ icon, and on the next page select the school (if you have more than one) and the child, then simply click on the booked days, they will turn blue.
- Click next button
- Double-check your cancellation details
- Click save at the bottom to save the cancellation.
The team will now know your child will not be attending this session.
Holiday Care
Cancellations on the day for Holiday Program, please call Head Office directly on 1300 035 000 ext 1 or email info@teamkids.com.au. Please note cancellations within 48 hrs of the session commencing will be charged in full.
