How can I check availability for Vacation care bookings?

To check if a school or program has availability during Vacation care, please log into your TeamKids account and go to the Vacation care booking screen. 


When you are in the bookings screen, each date on the calendar will have a colour to give a guide on availability which looks as follows:


Orange - session is available to book

Green - booked

Blue - cancelled

Red triangle - 5 or less spots remaining

Solid red - session full

 

We understand that from time to time, a day may reach its capacity due to high demand.

Teamkids operates a waitlist to assist families in booking in the care they need.  If you would like to be added to the waitlist for a day that is at capacity, please email info@teamkids.com.au confirming the child/ren's name, the school you are wanting to book and the date and session type.  We will confirm when we have added your child/ren to the waitlist.


There is no ability to add your child to the waitlist online via your TeamKids account, so please email to ensure we receive this during our business hours.


We do monitor the waitlist during business hours, however our system is live and we would strongly suggest families log in from time to time outside of hours to check if a spot opens up.


As the waitlist requires another family to cancel care on that day, we cannot guarantee a spot will become available for your child/ren.
