I have booked one child in but have been unable to book my second child?

We understand that from time to time, a day may reach its capacity due to high demand.


TeamKids operates a waitlist to assist families in booking in the care they need.  If you would like to be added to the waitlist for a day that is at capacity, please email info@teamkids.com.au confirming the child/ren's name, the school you are wanting to book and the date and session type.  We will confirm when we have added your child/ren to the waitlist.


We do monitor the waitlist during business hours, however our system is live and we would strongly suggest families log in from time to time outside of hours to check if a spot opens up.


As the waitlist requires another family to cancel care on that day, we cannot guarantee a spot will become available for your child/ren.


If you have booked one child but cannot use care if unable to book both, please give us a call prior to the session start time on 1300 035 000 (during business hours) or email info@teamkids.com.au so we can cancel the other child without charge for you.
