I have uploaded a child profile document however I cannot book my child?

Each child profile is reviewed by inclusion support team.  This is to ensure we can best support each child that attends our program.   This program can take 3 – 5 business days, especially leading up to the vacation care period.


 Should any additional information be needed, a member of the Inclusion Support Team will be in contact to organise a time to chat.


If you have not been contacted or received an email to advise the child profile has been approved within this time frame, please contact the Customer service team to check on the progress.
