What if my child is unwell and cannot attend?

We understand that child can become unwell/ sick without warning and may affect a booked session you have in place for your child.

Before, After, and Holiday Care, when cancelling due to medical reasons we recommend that you obtain a medical certificate so that you will not be charged to this day.

Email medical certificates to [email protected] within 7 days and this session will not be charged.  If the medical certificate is received after the session has been charged, a credit will be available on your TeamKids account to use towards a future booked session.  


IMPORTANT: Please be advised we cannot accept a medical certificate after 28 days from the session date.  Centrelink will only allow these changes if received inside of 28 days.
