If you have a case worker or transport worker collecting children at anytime, they must be listed as an authorised contact on the account prior to them arriving onsite.   We understand this is often confirmed last minute, so it is important to log in and add them to the account, including the following minimum information:

Full name

Personal mobile number

Work address

Ensure you have selected they are authorised to collect from the program

If you do not have access to the account, you can call to add the person during our business hours if you are an authorised person on the account.  If you are not listed on the account, please ask a person who is to make this call.

*Please note, it is the third party’s responsibility to update this daily if required. Failure to do so will result in the transport person not being able to pick the child/ren up and the police will be called if no contact can be made to third party or case worker. Transport workers will be required to show their badge/photo ID when picking up the child/ren.
