When an organisation or Department such as DFFH, DCJ, Child protection, Anglicare, VACCA, Uniting, etc need to register a child/ren, additional information is required to that of an account where children are in the care of their parents.
The following information (if applicable to the family) will be required prior to having access to make bookings.
- The following contacts must be listed on the account:
- Foster Carers
- Biological Parents (if applicable)
- Case Worker information (including email, work address and contact mobile number)
- Case Workers for out of hours contact (including email, work address and contact mobile number).
- Additional people picking up the child, including once off transport people that may change daily (work address and contact mobile number – email not required)
*Please note, it is the 3PO’s responsibility to update this daily if required. Failure to do so will result in the transport person not being able to pick the child/ren up and the police will be called if no contact can be made to 3PO or case worker. Transport workers will be required to show their badge/photo ID when picking up the child/ren.
2. If ACCS is to be claimed, we require a letter dated the first day of school holidays/care. In the letter it needs to stipulate why the child is at risk. A DFFH letter is always favoured more than a 3PO letter by Services Australia. To Claim ACCS, we require the child/rens CRN and date of Birth, and the CRN and date of birth of the primary contact. They will also need to put through a claim to Centrelink to claim the CCS prior to us being able to claim for ACCS and it is the responsibility of the 3PO to pay the account if ACCS is rejected.
3. Full court orders and any documents confirming guardianship of the child (no redacted information).
To create the account please click the below link. Please tick the box on the first page of the registration to say separated account for each parent, and type carer in the box. This will avoid any issues if the children have an existing account created by their parents or previous foster carers.
