Here at TeamKids we take cyber security seriously to ensure our families’ personal information is always kept safe. We’re glad to share we now offer an additional layer of protection for your personal data - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through your Fully Booked account. The set-up is quick and easy, and we strongly encourage you to take a moment to set this up. Please note: only the account’s Primary contact can have the authentication app installed on their phone & have access to the MFA code. Once MFA is set up, you can only access your account with your password and MFA code (which changes each time you log in) WHAT IS MFA?Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security best practice that requires two or more proofs of identity to grant you access to your account. MFA defends against the majority of password-related cyberattacks. MFA often goes by different names. You may see it called two-factor authentication (2FA) or two-step verification. HOW DOES IT WORK?MFA utilises an authentication app for this second factor of identification. Users need to enter a constantly changing 6-digit code from the app to log into their account, in addition to their password. HOW DO I SET IT UP?To set this up, just follow these simple steps: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
