To cancel after school care, please click on the below link and you can cancel online via your account straight away.
Please note cancellations within 48 hrs of the session start time will be charged in full.
If the cancellation is due to illness, please email a medical certificate within 7 days of the absence to info@teamkids.com.au. This will allow us to apply a credit to the session for you. If the medical certificate it received after the payment has been processed, this will leave a credit that can be used towards a future booking. If the medical certificate is received 24 hours prior to the charge day, we will be able to credit the session prior to processing payment.
