I cannot save a CRN number for myself or my child on the account

Issues with saving a CRN can be for a few reasons.   Check you are adding in the correct CRN for that parent or child.  Each family member will have their own unique CRN number.  

Trying to add one already listed under another parent or child on the account will cause an error and not allow you to save the information.


Also make sure the CRN has been added in full with no spaces. If missing the letter at the end will also cause an error.


If you have used Teamkids in the past at another school for older children, you will also get an error if you are trying to create a new account. 

 

If you have checked all if these things and it is giving you the same error, try and save the child or parent without the CRN number added.  This may then bypass the error and allow you to add the CRN as an update.  If not, please contact the Customer Service team for assistance.
